SDB Counseling & Consultation Services provides outpatient psychotherapy and consultation for adolescents, adults, and families seeking support with emotional regulation, executive functioning, and life adjustment challenges.
Services are provided via secure telehealth to clients located in Pennsylvania and are offered on a private-pay basis.
Individual psychotherapy is offered to adolescents and adults experiencing mild to moderate emotional or behavioral concerns that interfere with daily functioning.
Treatment is structured, collaborative, and goal-oriented, with an emphasis on emotional regulation, stress management, insight development, and practical skill application.
Many clients present with challenges related to executive functioning, including organization, planning, task initiation, follow-through, and emotional regulation.
Psychotherapy may incorporate executive functioning–informed strategies to support skill development, accountability, and improved day-to-day functioning, when clinically appropriate.
Parent consultation is offered to support caregivers seeking guidance related to their child or adolescent’s emotional, behavioral, or executive functioning needs.
Consultation sessions focus on understanding patterns, developing strategies, and supporting consistency across home, school, and other environments. Parent consultation does not replace individual therapy for the child unless explicitly agreed upon.
This practice may be a good fit for individuals and families seeking outpatient, telehealth-based psychotherapy or consultation for mild to moderate concerns.
SDB Counseling & Consultation Services is not designed for crisis intervention, emergency care, or treatment requiring a higher level of clinical support.
Services are typically provided in 50-minute sessions. Session frequency and duration are determined collaboratively based on clinical need and goals.
