SDB Counseling & Consultation Services operates as a private-pay, telehealth-only practice. The information below outlines the general structure of services, fees, and related practice policies.
Detailed informed consent and practice policies are reviewed prior to the start of services.
Services are provided via secure telehealth to clients physically located in Pennsylvania at the time of session.
The practice operates on a private-pay basis and does not participate directly with insurance plans. Clients may choose to seek out-of-network reimbursement independently, if applicable.
Most services are provided in standard 50-minute sessions. Session frequency and duration are determined collaboratively based on clinical needs, goals, and availability.
Brief or parent-only sessions may be offered when clinically appropriate.
Current fees are as follows:
• Intake session (50 minutes): $170
• Individual psychotherapy / executive functioning–informed session (50 minutes): $140
• Parent consultation session (50 minutes): $150
• Brief session (30 minutes): $100
Fees are reviewed periodically. Clients will be provided with advance notice of any fee changes, which will apply only to future services.
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include credit or debit card, HSA/FSA cards (when eligible), or other approved electronic payment methods.
A card on file may be required to reserve ongoing appointment times.
Appointments must be cancelled with at least 24–48 hours’ notice, as outlined in the practice’s cancellation policy.
Sessions cancelled late or missed without notice may be charged the full session fee. Exceptions are made at the clinician’s discretion in the event of emergencies.
SDB Counseling & Consultation Services does not bill insurance directly. Clients are responsible for all fees associated with services.
Documentation such as Good Faith Estimates and required disclosures are provided in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.
